I was inspired to add my own flavor to the glorious Aces. Introducing the art of gun-fu. Gun-Fu is a set of special kill skills developed and used by the Aces' to enhance their love and use of their beloved 9mm pistols. These are optional so use is purely up to the game master. Adding these options to the game doesn't create an elitist lineage of aces' just a different branch of the familiar family tree. who knows what other variations may be in existence?
Gun kata: special moves that give the ace an extra attack per round with a +1 to hit and +1 to damage. (really shows the shine of their kill skills early on). Suggested to replace the spell choice at first level.
Under gadgetry a few things come to mind as fun options.
option 1: increase the number of rounds and a heavier external shell to use gun-fu: art of the pistol whip. Lets the pistol to be used as a bludgeoning bashing weapon. suggested damage of 3.
option 2: decrease the number of rounds and a lighter external shell to use gun-fu: art of the flying pistol. lets the pistol to be used as a boomerang like weapon. Suggested damage 3.
options 1 and 2 not possible to have on the same pistol, unless the ace figures out how to morph or transform weapons to make it possible. would be interesting.
option 3: the catch all option, anything your gadget skills and gm discretion can imagine can happen with this option.
The Aces' abhor violence and cruelty, but when push comes to shove these options can really put a nice shine on how hardcore the aces' are when pushed to that bad place.
Thanks for your time in reading these posts and any input is good input, all though if your just going to be rude then don't bother. peace.

Temporal spatial perception shifting
I hope you are familiar enough with mindscape to enjoy the flavor text of the manual. The earth is three times the size as it is now. The moon is a jagged cresent in the sky. These two items open the door for new temporal spatial things. please consider these following calculations aren't astrophysically or mathematically precise, but they will suffice in adding spice to the mix. the larger size of earth slows down its rotation thus making for longer day, months and years. The moon with its new shape has a new orbital curve still manages to stabalize earths orbit. pretty tight so far for flavor text right? now for the data that makes your mindscape expand.
A year is now 600 days long; with 12 months each 50 days long. An average day is 36 hours long with about 12 hours of night. these numbers give a great perception shift from the 'real world' to the mindscape rpg world. the perception that time moves slower gives the perception of things aging and maturing faster. i'm 32 years old, but a comparable character in mindscape would be only 16. role playing has elements of perception shifting from real to fantasy; now within the fantasy i give you an option to twist perception even more.
You can use this data and have fun with it or just ignore it. the choice is yours, though if you do use it i hope you have a blast with the new data and perception shifts i provide.
